1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (outcallmassage.co.tz) and booking our mobile massage services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Strict Professionalism & Therapeutic-Only Policy
IMPORTANT: We provide strictly professional, therapeutic wellness mobile massage services. Our therapists are trained professionals operating under a strict code of ethics.
We do not offer sexual, companionship, escort, or adult services of any kind. Any suggestion, request, or solicitation for inappropriate services will result in the immediate termination of the session, full forfeiture of the fee, and reporting of the client to local law enforcement.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
To secure your appointment, please use our online booking form or contact us via WhatsApp/Phone.
- Cancellation Window: We require at least 2 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
- Late Fees: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a fee.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who behaves inappropriately, shows symptoms of contagious illnesses, or violates these Terms.
4. Location and Safety
Clients must provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for the mobile spa session. Our therapists reserve the right to leave immediately if they feel unsafe or if the environment is unsuitable, without refund.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
Our services are therapeutic in nature. Massage therapy should not be used as a substitute for professional medical treatment. Clients are responsible for notifying the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or physical injuries prior to starting the session. We are not liable for any injuries resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of our services after updates are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
